Gospatric II of was born about 1062 in Of, Dunbar, East-Lothian, Scotland.1 Gospatric II of's father was Gospatric and his mother was Aethelreda. His paternal grandparents were Maldred Of DUNBAR and Ealdgyth (Aglithia); his maternal grandfather was unknown of England. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Dolfin King Of, Waltheof of, Uchtred Of, Edgar of, Ethelreda of, Matilda of, Octreda of and Gunnilda of Dunbar. He died on August 22nd, 1138 in Battle of the Standard.1 General Notes
