Charles Carter 
Charles was born in 1732 in Lancaster Co., VA.1 Charles' father was John Carter II and his mother was Elizabeth Hill Carter. His paternal grandparents were Robert King Carter and Judith Armistead; his maternal grandparents were Edward Hill and Elizabeth Williams. He had a brother and a sister, named Edward and Elizabeth Hill. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 74 on June 24th, 1806 in Charles City Co., VA.1 General Notes
