Alpheus B. COPELAND 
Alpheus B. was born on March 22nd, 1825 in Greene Co., Pennsylvania.1 Alpheus B.'s father was William COPELAND and his mother was Sara SNIDER. He had six brothers and six sisters, named Hiram, John, Nehri Alfred, Alford B, William E., Samuel Guy, Mary Ann, Harriet Belle, Rebecca, Elizabeth, Johanna and Abigail. He was the seventh oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 88 on August 25th, 1913 in Bushnell, McDonough Co., Illinois.1
