Winney B. was born on August 20th, 1890.1 Winney B.'s father was Hosea Bilyeu and her mother was Charlotte Angilen Cecil. Her paternal grandparents were Jacob Bilyeu and Catherine Elizabeth Williams. She had four brothers and five sisters, named William H., James F., Martin F., Sarah C., Aslina E., Margaret J., Mary L., Miley F. and Susie C.. She was the youngest of the ten children.-
