John Allen Simmons 
John Allen was born on February 23rd, 1910. John Allen's father was Fred Albert Simmons and his mother was Carolyn Barbara Jacobs. His paternal grandparents were John Baker Simmons and Mary Stevenson Long. He had a brother and a sister, named Frederick Elmer and Marjorie Kathleen. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 56 on June 24th, 1966 in Davenport, IA.General Notes
