William B. Jarboe 
William B. was born in 1796 in Frederick Co., MD. William B.'s father was Raphael Jarboe and his mother was Catherine Redmond Barnes. His paternal grandparents were John Baptist Jarboe and Elizabeth Abell; his maternal grandparents were Abraham Barnes and Catherine Rousby. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Alexander, Raphael, Jr., John, Samuel Grafton, Catherine and Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died after 1830 in Frederick Co., MD.General Notes
