William Meier

William was born on November 3rd, 1866 in High Amana, IA.  William's father was George Meier and his mother was Catharine Schlaf. He had two brothers and six sisters, named John Heinrich, George, Augusta, Katharina, Wilhelmina Bertha, Louisa, Magdalena and Elizabeth.  He was the fourth youngest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 36 on April 2nd, 1903 in High Amana, IA.  He was buried in 1903 in High Amana, IA.^1 2
