Martin Knud Martinson

Martin Knud was born on September 18th, 1882 in Iowa Co., IA.  Martin Knud's father was Knud W. Martinson and his mother was Ellen Larson.  His paternal grandparents were Martin Martinson and Annie Peterson; his maternal grandparents were Elling Larson and Berta Thostenson. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Edwin, Carl Elmer, Leonard Theodore, Frank Wilmer, Bertha Malinda, Anna Mathilda, Alma Charlotte and Edvena Bertina.  He was the second oldest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 71 on November 30th, 1953 in Iowa Co., IA.  He was buried in 1953 in Iowa Co., IA.
