Violetta Gist

Violetta was born on July 4th, 1731 in Baltimore Co., MD. Violetta's father was Christopher Gist and her mother was Sarah Howard. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Gist and Zipporah Murray; her maternal grandparents were Joshua Howard and Joanna O'Carroll. She had three brothers and a sister, named Richard, Nathaniel, Thomas and Anne "Nancy". She was the second oldest of the five children.
