Thomas Gist

Thomas was born about 1735 in Baltimore Co., MD. Thomas' father was Christopher Gist and his mother was Sarah Howard. His paternal grandparents were Richard Gist and Zipporah Murray; his maternal grandparents were Joshua Howard and Joanna O'Carroll. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Richard, Nathaniel, Violetta and Anne "Nancy". He was the youngest of the five children. He died about 1785 in Fayette Co., PA.
