William Cecil

William was born on May 28th, 1750. William's father was Samuel W. Cecil and his mother was Rebecca White. His paternal grandparents were John Cecil and Elizabeth Sollers; his maternal grandparents were Benjamin G. White and Ann Hilliard. He had six brothers and four sisters, named John, Thomas, Zachariah, James, Benjamin Sollers, Samuel White, Rebecca White, Malinda, Eleanor and Linnie Cecil.
