Benjamin Sollers was born on January 23rd, 1764. Benjamin Sollers' father was Samuel W. Cecil and his mother was Rebecca White. His paternal grandparents were John Cecil and Elizabeth Sollers; his maternal grandparents were Benjamin G. White and Ann Hilliard. He had six brothers and four sisters, named John, William, Thomas, Zachariah, James, Samuel White, Rebecca White, Malinda, Eleanor and Linnie Cecil. He died at the age of 51 in 1815 in Monticello, Wayne Co., KY.General Notes
