Charles Brooke 
Charles was born on April 3rd, 1636. Charles' father was Robert Brooke and his mother was Mary Mainwaring. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Brooke and Susan Forster; his maternal grandfather was Roger Mainwaring. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Roger, Robert, John, William, Francis, Basil, Henry, Mary, Ann and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the eleven children. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Baker, Thomas, Mary and Barbara. He died at the age of 35 in 1671.General Notes
