Thomas was born in 1561. Thomas' father was Richard Brooke and his mother was Elizabeth Twyne. His maternal grandfather was ? Twyne. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Richard, Robert, Barbara, Dorothy and Elizabeth. He died at the age of 51 on September 17th, 1612 in Whitchurch, Hampshire, England.General Notes

Volume 5 page 79 states that Thomas Brook was buried at Whitchurch,
England 17th September, 1612, and his wife the following day. A marble
tomb upon which their sculptured figures lie side by side in in the
Church at Whitchurch, England
