Henry was born in 1815 in East Grinstead Sussex. Henry's father was James WELLER and his mother was Sarah STEER.  His maternal grandparents were Edward STEER and Mary SMITH. He had five sisters named Charlotte, Mary Ann, Frances, Sarah and Elizabeth.  He was the third oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 22 in March 1837 in East Grinstead Sussex.  He was buried on March 31st, 1837 in East Grinstead Sussex.1 2
