George Sture

George was born before 1753 and his baptism took place on July 31st, 1753 in Woodleigh.¹   George's father was Henry Sture and his mother was Anne Whiteway.  His paternal grandparents were George Sture and Sarah Foale. He had two brothers named Henry and Philip.  He was the youngest of the three children.  He died in 1826.
