Victor Samuel Steer

Victor was born in 1896.¹ Victor's father was Ernest Frederick Harris Steer and his mother was Clara Wills Alford. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Steer and Mary Ann Dare. He had five brothers and a sister, named Thomas, Reginald, Ernest, Stanley, Ernest and Winifred. He was the third oldest of the seven children.
