Ernest Frederick Steer

Ernest was born in 1905.¹ Ernest's father was Ernest Frederick Harris Steer and his mother was Clara Wills Alford. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Steer and Mary Ann Dare. He had five brothers and a sister, named Thomas, Reginald, Victor, Ernest, Stanley and Winifred. He was the youngest of the seven children.
