Sarah Steer

Sarah was born before 1835 and her baptism took place on September 14th, 1835 in Brixham  Devon.¹   Sarah's father was Jasper Steer and her mother was Harriett Wooton.  Her paternal grandparents were William Steer and Mary Wood. She had four brothers and eight sisters, named Thomas, Jasper, Joseph, John, Mary, Harriett, Joanna, Maria, Elizabeth, Anne, Ann and Emma.  She was the third oldest of the thirteen children.
