Richard Lloyd Steer 
Richard was born on June 8th, 1939 in Bermondsey.1 Richard's father was Herbert Philip Steer and his mother was Nora Reed. His paternal grandparents were Philip William Steer and Caroline Alice Watkins. He had a brother named Philip. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 68 on June 18th, 2007 in Mussidan, France. The funeral took place in Perigeaux. His body disposition was by some other unspecified means in 2007 in Huish Episcopi.1 1 Death Notes
