Philip Lloyd Steer 
Philip was born on December 19th, 1936 in Saint Augustine’s Vicarage, Lynton Road, Bermondsey and his baptism took place on January 17th, 1937.1 Philip's father was Herbert Philip Steer and his mother was Nora Reed. His paternal grandparents were Philip William Steer and Caroline Alice Watkins. He had a brother named Richard. He was the older of the two children.-
