Reginald Algernon Steer 
Reginald was born on June 20th, 1888 in Portsmouth, Hampshire.1 Reginald's father was Philip William Steer and his mother was Selina Davis. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Steer and Mary Ann Brooks. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Philip, Harold, Emily and Dora. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 59 on September 14th, 1947 in Portsmouth, Hampshire.-
