Philip Victor Steer 
Philip was born on October 10th, 1919 in Portsmouth, Hampshire.1 Philip's father was Reginald Algernon Steer and his mother was Daisy Louise Pavey. His paternal grandparents were Philip William Steer and Selina Davis. He had a sister named Vera. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 54 on November 21st, 1973.1 -
