Mary Steer 
Mary was born before 1826 and her baptism took place on July 6th, 1826 in Ford Chapel.1 Mary's father was Sampson Luscombe Steer and her mother was Mary Torr. Her paternal grandparents were George Sture and Mary Luscombe. She had two brothers and six sisters, named Luscombe, Sampson, Anne, Harriet, Jane, Emma, Elizabeth and Grace. She was the third oldest of the nine children.
