James Tarr Steer

James was born in 1880 in Slapton.¹

Birth Notes

James' father was Edmund Steer and his mother was Eliza Tarr. His paternal grandparents were John Steer and Mary Grills. He had three brothers and six sisters, named William, John, Edmund, Jessy, Sarah, Anna, Olive, Phoebe and Mary. He was the fourth youngest of the ten children.
