David Victor was born about 1888 in Whitby, Yorkshire.1   David Victor's father was Brodie STEIER and his mother was Mary Jane STEIER. He had four sisters named Mary Jane, Janet Maria, Harriet Ann and Maria Beatrice.  He was the youngest of the five children.
