William STEER

William was born in 1754 in Limpsfield Surrey.¹   William's father was Edward STEER and his mother was Alicia OUTRAM.  His paternal grandparents were William STEER and Elizabeth HASWEL. He had six brothers and seven sisters, named Isaac, Thomas, John, George, Edward, Israel, Ann, Esther, Susannah, Jane, Mary, Alicia and Edith.  He was the oldest of the fourteen children.  He died at the age of 81 in April 1835 in Burstow, Surrey.  He was buried on April 9th, 1835 in Burstow, Surrey.^2 1
