Of the £60 rent £30 tobe paid to Mercy Teulon during her life and £30 to MelchiorSeymour Teulon, in trust for Edward Teulon, Esther Sandwich andMary Ann Teulon, and the survivor of them. After the deaths ofthe above mentioned the rent is to be paid to the heir to thepremises. The rights and obligations of the respective partiesin the leased premises are described in detail. Bequests:To my four sons William STEER, Isaac STEER, George STEER andIsrael STEER the sum of five pounds. I giveto my dear wife Alicia STEER an annuity of fifty pounds a yearduring the term of her natural life. I also give and bequeathunto my daughter Susannah OUTRAM after the decease of herhusband William OUTRAM the sum of five shillings per week to bepaid to her immediately on the decease of her aforesaid husbandand every week during her natural life. I do hereby subject allmy estate with the payment of the aforesaid legacies andannuities and all the rest and residue of my property andwhatsoever and whosoever I give and bequeath unto my son EdwardSTEER.
