She certainly was in touch withthe rest of the family after their arrival, as her two brothers,John Edward and Ernest, were witnesses at her marriage in 1881.I believe Caroline married Thomas HOLBEACH in 1866, and they,together with their two children, migrated to Australia in 1873.John STEER died in 1874. The information on his deathcertificate was provided by his son, John Edward. His age wasgiven as 72, and his parents as John STEER and Ann SKINNER.Birthplace as Crowhurst, Surrey, and marriage place asCamberwell, England. John and Frances QUAIT STEER settled inSevenoaks, Kent after their marriage, as all the children wereregistered there.
