Annie was born about 1895 in Buckland Brewer Devon.1   Annie's father was Steer and her mother was Fanny E Withecombe.  Her maternal grandfather was Robert WITHECOMBE and her maternal grandmother is <Unknown>. She had two brothers named William and John.  She was the second oldest of the three children.
