Beverly's father was John Harold Wright and her mother is Jewel Kathleen Clary.  Her paternal grandparents were George Alexander Wright and Mary Gertrude Simpson; her maternal grandparents were Clary and Mary. She has a brother and three sisters, named John, Mary, Julia and Rebecca. She has two half-sisters named Carrie and Kelly.
