John Warner Avison

John's father was Thomas Avison and his mother was Maria Warner. He had two brothers and a sister, named Henry, Christopher and Maria.  He was the oldest of the four children. He had a half-brother named John.  He died at the age of 55 in June 1897 in Pontypridd, Glamorgan, South Wales.  He was buried on June 21st, 1897 in St Martins Church, Caerphilly, Wales.²
