Robert ROPER

Robert was born in 1834 in Stowmarket. Robert's father was Samuel ROPER and his mother was Lydia Seeley LAMBERT. His paternal grandparents were Samuel ROPER and Maria LINSTEAD; his maternal grandparents were Robert Miller LAMBERT and Susanna SEELEY. He had five brothers and six sisters, named George, John, Samuel, Charles, Alfred, Ellen, Mary, Rachel, Susan, Lydia and Julia. He was the oldest of the twelve children.
