Frank was born in 1892.  Frank's father was George Eli Whitehead and his mother was Sarah Dyson.  His paternal grandparents were <unknown> and Elizabeth Whitehead. He had two brothers named Tom and Sidney.  He was the second oldest of the three known children.  He died at the age of 43 in 1935.
