Barbara was born on January 13th, 1923 in Millard.¹

Birth Notes

Barbara's father was Oliver Wills Thornton and her mother was Artimesia (Artie) M Bennett. Her maternal grandparents were Samuel Bennett and Martha Magdalene Fuhrmaster. She had two brothers and a sister, named Melvin, Don and Martha. She was the oldest of the four known children. She died at the age of 73 in 1996 in Indania (IN).
