Louisa was born in 1895 in Atherton.1  Louisa's father was George Seddon and her mother was Sarah Jane Seddon.  Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Seddon and Ruth Riley; her maternal grandparents were Peter Seddon and Elizabeth Kay. She had two brothers named Robert and Frank.  She was the second oldest of the three known children.
