John Priestman 
John was born in 1882 in Preston Brook.1 John's father was George Priestman and his mother was Mary Ellen Rhodes. His maternal grandparents were George Rhodes and Ellen Pollitt. He had two brothers and a sister, named George, Henry and Marion. He was the oldest of the four known children.-
