Edith Pickles

Edith was born in 1884 in Northumberland.¹   Edith's father was Thomas Osbourn Pickles and her mother was Isabella Wood.  Her paternal grandparents were William Pickles and Ann. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, John, Thomas, Samuel, Jane , Hannah and Mary.  She was the third youngest of the eight children.
