Bridget's father was Michael Pickles and her mother was Fanny Brown.  Her paternal grandparents were David Pickles and Bridget Hartley. She had a sister named Sarah.  She was the younger of the two children. She had a half-brother named John.  She died at the age of 1 in April 1832 at Colne.  She was buried on April 25th, 1832 at St. Bartholomew's (Colne).²
