Robert Nightingale

Robert was born on November 28th, 1795 in Blackrod and his christening took place on December 20th, 1795 at St. Katherine (B'rod).¹

Robert's father was Humphrey Nightingale and his mother was Mary Hart.  His paternal grandparents were Humphrey Nightingale and Alice Nightingale. He had a brother and two sisters, named William, Susanna and Ann.  He was the youngest of the four children.  He died at the age of 12 on April 20th, 1808 in Blackrod.¹
