This can't be the daughter of Jurgen Heinrich Niemann and Catharine Dorothea, as born too soon after Johann Wilhelm, so must be another family (as baptism confirms).
13 Jul 1866, Heinr & Elise (24 & 21) travelled to New York with his mother Dorothea Licht (54) on the ship Borussia.
Elise and Henry were married in a religious ceremony in 1868 in Germany. They had five sons named George, Carl, Karl, Ernest and Walter. There are possibly more children.
