William Mather 
William was born about 1762 in Turton. William's father was John Mather and his mother was Martha Rosco. He had a brother and three sisters, named Isaac, Rebecca, Anne and Rachel. He was the oldest of the five known children. He died in February 1763 in Turton. He was buried on February 8th, 1763 at Turton Chapel.1 Death Notes
