Margaret Mather

Margaret was born on September 5th, 1800 in Tottington and her baptism took place on October 12th, 1800 at St. Mary-the-Virgin (Bury).¹

Birth Notes

Margaret's father was Thomas Mather and her mother was Alice Smith. Her paternal grandparents were Abraham Mather and Hannah Dale. She had a brother and four sisters, named Thomas, Rachel, Betty, Mary and Betty. She was the second oldest of the six children.
