James Charles Mather

James was born in August 1869 in Little Bolton and his baptism took place there on August 15th, 1869 conducted by Thomas Lowe.¹²

James' father was Charles Mather and his mother was Jane Hyden Hardman. His paternal grandparents were Charles Mather and Mary Dawson. He had a brother named John. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 71 on August 13th, 1940 in Halliwell. His burial was on August 17th, 1940 at St. Peter (Halliwell).²
