Frances Mather

Frances was born in July 1806 in Eccles and her baptism took place on July 6th, 1806 at Manchester Cathedral.¹

  There is another Frances baptised 19 Oct 1806 at Pendleton, dau of John & Esther. It may be this Frances that died aged 9 months.

Frances' father was Joseph Mather and her mother was Ann (Hannah) Hindley. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, Ralph, Sarah, Lucy and Alice. She was the oldest of the six children. She died at 10 months old in May 1807. Her burial was on May 26th, 1807 in Eccles.
