Charles Mather

Charles was born in September 1861 in Bolton.¹

Charles' father was James Mather and his mother was Elizabeth (Betsy) Broom. His paternal grandparents were William Mather and Martha Bleakley. He had two brothers and three sisters, named John, Henry, Martha, Nancy and Elizabeth. He was the fourth oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 23 in September 1884 in Little Bolton.²
