Ann Mather

Ann was born in 1842 in Newton in Makerfield.¹   Ann's father was Thomas Mather and her mother was Margaret Smith. She had five brothers and a sister, named John, Thomas, Adam, George, Edward and Mary.  She was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
