Happy was born in 1786 in Breightmet. She had four brothers and five sisters, named John, Abraham, Jacob, Joseph, Molly, Hannah, Hannah, Betty and Amelia.  She was adopted by Joseph Lomax & Betty Haslam.  She died at the age of 13 in November 1799 in Breightmet.  Her burial was on November 3rd, 1799 at Cockey Moor Discenting Chapel.1
