Hannah was born on February 12th, 1774 in Breightmet and her baptism took place on February 27th, 1774 at Cockey Moor Discenting Chapel.1 2  Hannah's father was Joseph Lomax and her mother was Betty Haslam. She had four brothers and four sisters, named John, Abraham, Jacob, Joseph, Molly, Hannah, Betty and Amelia. She had an adopted sister named Happy.  She died in 1774 in Breightmet.  She was buried on July 30th, 1774 at Turton Chapel.3
