Abraham was born on May 13th, 1767 in Bolton and his christening took place on May 17th, 1767 at Bank Street Unitarian.1  Abraham's father was Abraham Lomax and his mother was Betty Hamer. He had a brother and three sisters, named John, Mary, Betty and Anne.  He was the third oldest of the five children.
